Check what agents did
Every request an agent makes is recorded: when, as whom, which agent, what it did, what record it touched and whether it worked. The text the agent sent and what Spine returned are never stored. Records an agent created say so in their Activity.
See agent requests in the audit log
Section titled “See agent requests in the audit log”-
Open the audit log — In the sidebar, go to Team › Audit log.
-
Choose the record type — Set Record type to Agent request.
-
Read each row — When, who, the agent, the tool it used (“Searched”, “Read a quote”, “Read receivables”, “Drafted a quote” and so on), the record it touched (press it to open it) and whether it worked, was refused or was slowed down for making too many requests.
See Use the audit log for the other filters and Export CSV.
See connections and settings changes
Section titled “See connections and settings changes”The audit log also records:
- Connecting and disconnecting agents — record type Agent connection.
- Switching connected agents on or off, and changing whether agents can create drafts — record type Connected agents.
See what an agent created
Section titled “See what an agent created”Open a lead, quote or vendor bill an agent drafted and look at its Activity. The first entry reads “Created as a draft · via Agent for person”. The record belongs to the person who connected the agent, as if they’d made it. Notes an agent adds to a job show “via” and the agent’s name.
