Open a job and its details
The Jobs tab lists every job you’re on, not only the ones due this week. Opening a job gives you what you need on site: the address, who to call, the milestones, the photos so far and any quote waiting for the customer.
- Open Jobs — Tap the Jobs tab. Under Assigned to you you see each job’s name, customer, town and milestone status. Pull down to refresh.
- Open a job — Tap it. The job shows its name, its number and customer (such as “JOB-007 · Alan Brooks”), its status, and the site address.
- Get there — Press Directions to open your maps app at the site, or the call button to ring the job’s contact.
- Check the milestones — Under Milestones, a pending one shows its due date and Mark complete. A finished one shows Completed, and one you completed with no signal shows Completion waiting.
- See the photos — Under Photos, press See all to open every photo on the job, grouped by day, newest first. Photos not sent yet carry a Waiting badge.
- Present a quote — Under Quotes to present, a quote waiting for the customer shows Present.
To add photos, press Add photos: the camera button at the top on iPhone, or the round button at the bottom on Android. See Take site photos for a job.
What you won’t see
Section titled “What you won’t see”The job’s contract value, milestone amounts and invoices are never shown in the app. Ask your office if you need a figure.
If your job list is empty
Section titled “If your job list is empty”If you’re on no jobs, the tab says “No jobs assigned to you yet” and “When your office adds you to a job’s crew, it shows up here with its address and contact.” Press Check again after your office has added you.
To find a job by customer or street, use the Search tab. The Jobs list has no search of its own.
