Follow receivables, sales and jobs

These cards show who owes you, what’s coming due, how your pipeline looks and how your jobs are doing. Each one is a short version of a full report, and View all or the card’s link takes you there.

A ring splits what customers owe into Current, 1–30 days, 31–60 days, 61–90 days and 90+ days, with each amount beside it. The centre shows the total in short form, such as “$4.5M”, and the full total sits under the card title. With nothing owed, it reads “Nothing outstanding.” See Payments.

Issued invoices due in the next 7 days, marked “Due today”, “Due tomorrow” or “Due in nd”. Click one to open it, or View all for Receivables. With none, it reads “Nothing due this week.”

Each stage of your sales pipeline with its lead count and value. View board opens the pipeline. With no leads, it reads “No leads yet.”

Your best jobs under Top performers and your weakest under Needs attention, each with a margin bar. View all opens the Job profitability report.

The total retention customers are holding back, “on n jobs · in Retention Receivable until released”, and the three jobs holding the most. Release on a job opens it so you can release the retention. When nothing is held, the card shrinks to one line: “Retention held · No retention held.”

Each active job with its name and number, a bar of how much of the contract value is billed, and its budget used (or “No budget”). The Job profitability link opens the full report. See Jobs.
